The perfect cup of tea

For as long as I can remember I have always enjoyed a nice cup of tea. I inherited my love of tea from my mum who taught me that black tea should be drunk medium weak to enjoy it’s flavours. Being dairy free means that I enjoy all my teas milk free. I have tried on a couple of occasions to add milk but I just can’t bring myself to drink it.

I continue to enjoy a nice cup of tea and share my experiences when I can. However, my mum decided in her wisdom that my tea reviews would look more inviting if undertaken in a nice cup and saucer. So she bought me this wonderful tea cup set for my blog. So thank you mum, it’s been tried and tested over the past few days and it makes drinking a cup of tea a truly pleasurable experience.

I am gradually working towards having tea (and coffee) without milk. It does seem to taste better (and it lasts longer because it is hotter!)
I have nominated you for a Liebster Award. See for details.

Very pretty tea set. It definitely makes a cup of tea taste better. I tend to drink out of mugs because I like a decent-sized drink and also because I am a super-klutz and worry about breaking my good china…but I should attempt to be more ladylike sometimes and drink out of a proper cup and saucer. πŸ™‚

Thank you. I tend to drink my tea out of a mug for the same reasons. I am using this tea set a lot and am trying hard not to break it. For me tea always seems to taste nicer out of a delicate cup and saucer.
