Review of BFree White Loaf

I bought this bread as I was sharing lunch with my mum who is gluten free. It is also dairy, egg, wheat free snd suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Each slice weighs 30g contains 60 calories, and 0.3g of fat. The bread it’s self was divided into individual slices.
Each slice of bread was slightly coated with a light floury coating on the crust. The bread itself was a light beige / white in colour. It felt light and slightly bouncy to touch, with a few air bubbles noted. I had my bread toasted. It seemed to take a little longer than my usual bread to toast. Once toasted the bread it’s self was nice and crunchy but without being too hard. On biting into the bread I noticed a different texture compared to my usual gluten containing bread. It was a little harder in texture and crunchy. That said it was pretty pleasant. I found it hard to distinguish between the flavouring of this bread and that of the other white white loaves that I might eat.
Being dairy free it is not an uncommon to be offered gluten free bread as the only safe option. If it is this the bread that I am going to be offered then yes I would definitely have it again when eating out and about. Or if I am sharing lunch with my mum. I am definitely going to try their other range of breads. So if you’re gluten free, dairy free, vegan or vegetarian why not give this bread a try.
